We want you to love your Anfibio boots, however If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order as long as:
Your boots are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, (i.e. no creases or wear on soles) Original tags must remain attached and boots must be returned in their original shoebox.
+Your boots are returned within 15 days of receiving your original order.
+Please return the merchandise using your carrier of choice. We do not absorb return shipping fees.
+We do not accept returns purchased from our retail boutique or any other third- party retailer.
+Products purchased in our flagship store are subject to the return policies outlined on the store receipt. Our Anfibio flagship store does not issue refunds, only exchange or store credits within 7 days of the original purchase.
