For our U.S. customers with a U.S. shipping address, all winter boot orders ship duty-free and tax-free — with no sales tax or tariffs, as they are proudly handcrafted in Canada.

Flat rate of $12 CAD for orders under $350 CAD (before taxes).

$30 CAD surcharge applies to remote regions (Yukon, N.W.T., Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).

Per Style and Width

Leather is a natural material and may stretch over time to adapt the shape of your foot. If you are between sizes, order the larger size. We recommend measuring your feet in millimeters and referring to our size guide to determine which size and width is best for you. To correctly measure your feet, please measure the length of the foot from the highest point to the lowest (toe to heel), as well as the width circumference which is the widest point of your foot. Distribute weight evenly between your feet, so you stand as normal as possible. As a rule, you measure your feet with socks, since that’s the measure that will apply when you wear the boots.

Width

Our standard width should fit the majority of people. This is a E-Standard width in our men’s boots and a B-Standard width in our women's boots.

In select styles, we offer the following widths:

Men:

  • E-Standard (80% of population)
  • 3E-Wide
  • 5E-Extra Wide
  • Deep Last-Extra depth boot which allows extra room for any needed custom orthotics.

Women:

  • B-Standard (80% of population)
  • D-Wide
  • 2E-Extra Wide
  • Deep Last-Extra depth boot which allows extra room for any needed custom orthotics.

From one width to the next, you should factor approximately a 10 millimetre variation in width circumference for our men’s boots and a 5-6 millimetre variation for our women’s boots.
