Great customer service and best quality boots

I ordered it for my father as a gift for Seollal(Chinese new year).
He said these shoes are sturdy and warm.
I'm pretty sure that it was best choice for winter, especially in snowy condition.
It took me a while because I received these shoes from Korea, but it is well worth the wait.

The exterior of the boots has held up great this past winter. They are extremely well made and look great. Never have had an issue with cold feet or wetness inside the boot. My only quip is that the sheerling lining did not hold up and is completely flattened now. I worry this will impact warmth in the future. Also they are less comfortable to wear without the extra cushion. I will be adding some nice insoles to solve this.

For orders shipped within Canada and the United States we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders over $150 (before tax). All orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec through Canada Post. .

All international shipments will ship through Canada post. Additional costs apply based on your delivery location. Rates are determined by Canada Post. Service takes approximately 14 business days depending on your location.

For orders shipped within Canada, sales taxes apply, but vary depending on the "ship to" address (province/territory). For orders shipped to the US and international locations, no sales tax is charged however international duty rates may apply.

Leather is a natural material and may stretch over time to adapt the shape of your foot. If you are between sizes, order the larger size. We recommend measuring your feet in millimeters and referring to our size guide to determine which size and width is best for you. To correctly measure your feet, please measure the length of the foot from the highest point to the lowest (toe to heel), as well as the width circumference which is the widest point of your foot. Distribute weight evenly between your feet, so you stand as normal as possible. As a rule, you measure your feet with socks, since that’s the measure that will apply when you wear the boots.

Our standard width should fit the majority of people. This is a E-Standard width in our men’s boots and a B-Standard width in our women's boots.

Men:

  • Deep Last-Extra depth boot which allows extra room for any needed custom orthotics.

  • 2E-Extra Wide
  • Deep Last-Extra depth boot which allows extra room for any needed custom orthotics.

From one width to the next, you should factor approximately a 10 millimetre variation in width circumference for our men’s boots and a 5-6 millimetre variation for our women’s boots.
